About the Recipe
These crispy Mozzarella Potato Sticks — or Mozzatto — are the ultimate comfort snack! Made with a cheesy potato dough seasoned with Italian herbs, each stick is shaped by hand and coated in flour, a gram flour slurry, and breadcrumbs for that perfect golden crunch. The best part? No eggs needed — the gram flour slurry keeps things light, crisp, and 100% vegetarian. They’re crunchy on the outside, melty on the inside, and guaranteed to disappear fast!
