About the Recipe
This classic Paneer Tikka is packed with bold, smoky flavor and perfect golden edges. Cubes of paneer, onion, and capsicum are marinated in a spiced yogurt blend with paprika, cumin, chili, and chaat masala — then chilled to soak up all that goodness. Skewered and pan-seared in butter until crisp and golden, it's a deliciously satisfying dish that works great as a starter, side, or even in wraps and bowls!
